Online Access Home Banking Enhancement

The following screen shots will assist you when working with our membership during the MFA Security enrollment process the first time they log in to Online Access after January 2007. Follow the instructions outlined below.

1. The member must enter their User ID (account number) in the User ID field and click on Log In. Their User ID has not changed it remains the same as before the MFA Security screens were implemented.

2. At the next screen, the member must enter their PIN/Password and click, Sign IN. Their PIN/Password has not changed.
