School Year 2011 - 2012

The GeoVista Credit Union is awarding three scholarships in remembrance of Thomas A. McCorkle, Walter “Jack” Jenkinson and Eddy E. Rogers in the amount of $1,000 each to three deserving high school seniors graduating in 2012. The scholarships will be awarded in the month of May prior to the end of the school year.

Eligibility

1. Applicant must be a member of the GeoVista Credit Union or a son or daughter of a member.
2. Graduating seniors must be accepted in an accredited college, university, or vocational school as a full time degree-seeking student.
3. The student must have maintained an overall grade point average (GPA) of a C or better from the current high school.

How to Apply

1. Application forms will be available upon request from any of the GeoVista Credit Union locations. Click here to download the application.
2. A copy of the high school transcript must be submitted with the application. The transcript will be used to establish an adequate representation of scholastic abilities.
3. The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Testing (ACT) scores must be reported on the application.
4. The complete package with all necessary information must be postmarked no later than April 2, 2012 and mailed to:
